By ordering a commission you accept my terms of service.

◦ The commissioner receives a digital copy of the commissioned piece unwatermarked, in full resolution for their personal use. Further redistribution tied to any financial gain is strictly prohibited UNLESS commercial rights have been purchased. This includes but is not limited to Machine Learning and AI data sets.
(That means: if you want to give out free stickers to your friends, it's okay with personal use! ♡ )◦ Please write in a clear and nice manner.◦ Provide organized references - you are only entitled to three free of charge major changes on sketch stage, anything further comes with a fee.◦ Any ill behavior¹ will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs (non-refundable).◦ Follow the rules provided in the commission journal, YCH or Adoptable post.◦ I have the right to decline your commission.◦AI or Machine Learning usage is prohibited for any media containing my characters/work. Any attempt to circumvent this will be met with severe legal actions. you will have limited commercial rights (if paid for) and will agree to be held liable if this is violated. Other commercial uses will not be hindered unless they break other parts of the TOS.Any part of the Terms of Service can be changed upon discussion! You will be emailed a copy of the edited terms.I work a studio job, and during the weekend I might not reply to your message (DM, email).

¹Ill behavior: in general unaccepted social acts: racism, fascism, etc., my brand and identity are tied to my income, so I will not tolerate anything that can tarnish that publicly or privately.
